Application for Accommodation Cancellation of the 106-2 Semester

Dear Resident,

According to the NCKU Student Dormitory Regulation, residents who would like to apply for accommodation CANCELLATION of the second semester shall submit their applications by December 11.

Application procedure and charge standard are as the following.

  • A.    Application procedure: the applicant shall complete and submit the application to the resident counselor.
  • B.    Submission date and charge standard:
    • 1.    By 17:00, Dec 11, 2017: No extra charge.
    • 2.    From Dec. 12, 2017 till the day before check-in day for 106-2 semester: the applicant will be charged NTD 250 processing fee.
    • 3.    Starting from check-in day for 106-2 semester: Besides NTD 250 processing fee, the applicant will also be charged NTD 130 per day till the day when the cancellation procedure is completed.
  • ※106-2 check-in day varies with different identities of 2018 winter stay.
